Francis Haughey is pleased to announce the completion of 50 new social housing units comprising of 39no refurbished units and 11no new builds at Ballygall Road East, Dublin. This project commenced in November 2013 with the new builds commencing in April 2015. Phase one was fully handed over in March 2015 with Phase two handed over in February 2016. Featuring external insulation, new electrics and heating systems, new walkways with lifts, Tunstall alert and access systems, new balconys and walkways – FOLD Ireland now have added 50 new units, and a social communal unit, to their ever extending portfolio. This work was undertaken in conjunction with Simon Adeyinka lead architect from ASI Architects Derry, Cathal Glass of ISD Engineering and Tina Donaghy, Housing & Development manager for FOLD Ireland.
